Dr. Anindo Mitra

We are extremely grateful to Dr. Anindo Mitra for the care and guidance he has provided to my 80-year-old father, who is a Parkinson’s patient and has been experiencing anxiety, significant mood changes, and episodes of aggression. Managing these changes in an elderly Parkinson’s patient can be extremely difficult for both the patient and the family. Dr. Mitra took the time to listen carefully, understand the situation in its entirety, and explain the condition and treatment approach patiently and clearly. What stood out to us most was his calm, compassionate and respectful approach towards my father. He was able to make him feel comfortable and heard, even when he was going through difficult emotional and behavioural changes. His understanding and patience also gave our family much-needed reassurance and confidence. We truly appreciate Dr. Mitra’s professionalism, empathy and the personal attention he gives to his patients. For anyone looking for a psychiatrist who combines medical expertise with genuine compassion and patience, especially when caring for an elderly family member, I would highly recommend Dr. Anindo Mitra.

Dr. Anindo was extremely patient, friendly, and compassionate. Since it was my first psychiatric consultation, I was quite anxious and scared, but he immediately made me feel comfortable and gave me the space to openly share my concerns.He took the time to genuinely listen, understand what I was going through, and clearly explain my symptoms and treatment options. I never felt dismissed or rushed; he was supportive, kind, and non-judgmental throughout. His warm and friendly demeanor makes it very easy to feel at ease.I also really appreciate how accessible and responsive he is outside of consultations. He always responds promptly on WhatsApp, which is very reassuring when you have questions or concerns.Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Anindo.

The doctor was fine and explained things clearly, and I would recommend him. However, the appointment was not properly reserved, so we had to wait for about an hour past the scheduled time, . The clinic staff was fine apart from the delay.

The doctor is really good. He very patiently listened to everything I said. Then explained everything to me in a very simple language. Even with medication he explained why each of them and what they will do to me. Overall i am very satisfied with the doctor.

Dr Anindo was recommended by a family member and though it is initial stages of therapy but his grasp of the issue, explanations and patient hearing have been positively motivating..
