I have taken appointment for my mother through practo two days before for my mother suffering from severe knee pain. I consulted Dr Lalit Garg and find him very gentle and extremely caring . He give us approx 30 min consultation and listen my mother very patiently as she is very old . Dr Garg treat us so well and my mother is also feeling much relieved. I want to thank you from my heart. My mother knees are completely fine with the treatment done by dr garg . Now she can able to walk by her own and do daily routine work although sir told us that knees are having severe osteoarthritis so continue few medications for long term along with exercise protocol .

Dr garg talk to my mother , listen her patiently for 20 mins and explain and give her confidence . We are really very impressed with the way he deals with patient . DO NOT GO HERE! My partner and I visited today No relief was provided for acute pain that my partner came in with but we were charged with x-rays worth rs 1600 and handed over medicines (supplements) of 4200 rs. I have never seen a doctor take out medicines from their own cabinet, make a receipt and take payment via card all by themselves. * * ** ** * capsules worth 4200 rs from their own drawer. The "anti inflammatory supplement" he has prescribed is worth rs 1400 and is called haldimax: The other tablet okical (calcium supplement) he has prescribed is also made by the same company- * * ** ** ** ** ** ** ** * ** * ** ** ** I am very disappointed that I didn't speak up I should have asked him to explain why we should buy meds from him, rather than a chemist. Even if we ignore the cost of xray and meds, his consultation was not very useful either. After getting the x-rays ** declared "your spine and bones are in perfect condition!" I am so angry and disappointed with myself ** We live in the colony opposite of this place and when my partner started complaining of severe pain in the back and left foot earlier today, we came this place as it is closeby. i wish i had checked the reviews for this place before we went in. I have had A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE going to this clinic. I went here with a fracture in ankle and without any explanation or proper guidance or even taking the time to explain anything properly to me, the doctor including his two attendants ** Everything was rushed and I was charged 14k for just a cast and consultation. Even if we keep the billing you should never go here with your concerns or medical problem because these people do not care about the patient, I had sent them an insurance form to fill and after a month of. Constantly calling them and asking them to get the form filled, they said that we cannot do all this and YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN A CONSULTATION FEE OF 800 JUST TO GET YOUR INSURANCE FORM SIGNED which I already did the first and last time I visited this doctor. While cutting off the plaster after 14 days he was again charging consultation fees of 1200/- and another 900/- for cutting it off. ** * ** ** ** ** ** ** . ** ** * * ** ** ** . I tried to contact him but by the time I reached his clinic he had gone already cancelling his appointment from his side. *
