I had two surgeries pending from childhood and I went to doctor Sailesh Pandey without informing about my childhood diagnosis and his fresh diagnosis came to the same conclusion as my childhood doctor. I was very happy the way doctor and his team used cameras to show me the buldged out bone in my nose and the decayed ear drum. The entire team was so friendly and both the surgeries happened smoothly without stress. My son had long standing ear disease but was silent for many years , he had an abscess drainage done when he was younger … all was quiet since then,little did we know that a storm was brewing inside his ear . He went for swim and developed an infection in the ear ,the pain , it was so severe that he would become restless After neighbours recommendations we visited dr Shailesh Pandey ,dr found that there was granulation tissue growing air of his ear with complications reaching the bony plates that separate the ear from the brain and also the facial nerve Dr Shailesh performed a 4hour surgery on my son and removed a large cholesteatoma ,he showed us on video the amount of destruction the dirsease had caused The post op has been smooth and my son is recovering well The staff was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. The clinical environment was clean, hygienic, calm, and well-maintained. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory and reflected excellent standards of patient care.
