Dr.Natasha has been treating me for the past 5 months for Aconthisis Nigricans and i’ve been seeing great results for the same. I’d higly recommended her because she listens to us and understands the root cause, also she’s non-judgemental and friendly.

* ** * Out of many clinics I have visited, I must say I deeply regret wasting my time and money at Dr. Natasha’s clinic - Violett Aesthetics ** * I came here on the recommendation of my previous LHR therapist, Reshma, and I regret listening to her advice. After paying for laser hair reduction, Dr. Natasha couldn’t be bothered to respond to any of my reports. Instead, she made me retake them, only for me to later discover a serious hormonal issue that rendered the entire treatment pointless. I got 0.01% results. This could have been avoided eight months ago, if she had seen my reports and had she been prompt. Sometimes I was told to send reports to the doctor directly and sometimes the therapist Reshma told me to send to her and not to the doctor, and it's like the 'he said, she said' moment all the time, and I got frustrated. Nobody took accountability. Nor Reshma, nor Dr Natasha, and the receptionist is good I remember the times, when the receptionist used to see me for the morning sessions and didn't bother for a glass of water, tea, forget food. Well. Hello? Customer service? ** ** * ** ** I have had good relations with Reshma because she is a thorough professional at her work and trusted with this. Reshma never said a word to the receptionist, nor the doctor, for their wrongdoing. Instead, she gave me morality lectures. Wish she taught a few to the people around, it would have been a far better place. With me, her job was done. right? After many incidents of addressing the complaints with zero action, I was done. ** ** ** ** ** her receptionist Puja is outright rude * ** * ** ** * She ensured I pay full money, ** . After requesting a refund for the remaining sessions (which I thankfully got), there wasn’t a single word of regret or apology from Dr. Natasha, nor did the receptionist bother to ever follow up in my past 1.5 years of my visits. ** * she would have at least given me some advice on how to manage this hormonal issues, after all, it was 'her mess'. Clearly speaks volumes. ** ** ** * * ** ** ** ** * ** I would never set foot in this clinic again. I clearly understood that they are in no need of customers. Recommended a few peeps, they visited, no one was there, they too got frustrated coz zero call backs. Shows the attitude. ** ** ** * * A dermat visit is costly, especially in a city like Mumbai. If you value your money and expect proper care, avoid this place at all costs!

Dr. Natasha Vijayendran was very nice to talk to and addressed all my questions about my angular cheilitis. She prescribed medicine and I am hopeful for results in two weeks.
