She is INCREDIBLY STRICT when needed ** and now we understand why. Every instruction she gave us was in our best interest. If we failed to follow her advice, she would not hesitate to scold us—and honestly, that is exactly what a responsible doctor should do. ️ Her strictness comes from genuine concern for her patients and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. Her focus is not to be nice, but to achieve what is best for her patients. * And honestly, that is exactly the kind of doctor you want when things get difficult. Throughout our journey, my wife and I made one simple decision: WE WOULD DO EXACTLY WHAT DR. PRATIBHA TOLD US TO DO. Looking back today, that was probably one of the best decisions we made. There were multiple ups and downs during our pregnancy. Somehow she always seemed two steps ahead *. Whether it was monitoring, medications, tests, scans, or simply telling us not to panic, her guidance was always clear and practical. One thing we really appreciated was that she never over-prescribes tests, scans, or medicines. ** Many times we were more anxious than necessary and wanted extra tests, but she always knew exactly what needed to be checked and when. She is a true "BOSS LADY" * in every sense of the term—confident, knowledgeable, decisive, and always in control of the situation. Yet behind that strong exterior is an incredibly caring doctor who treats her patients like family *️. She knows exactly: when to be firm * when to coach * when to motivate * and when to offer comfort 🤗 What impressed us the most was her availability and dedication. She is one of the busiest doctors we have ever met, yet she is never too busy when her patients genuinely need her. * There were multiple occasions when she personally reached out, guided us over the phone, and made sure we were doing the right things. One incident that perfectly reflects her dedication was during her recent visit to the USA *🇸. Even while she was away on vacation, she continued to stay in touch with us. She reviewed reports, provided instructions, answered concerns, and ensured that we felt supported throughout. That level of commitment is rare* 🌟 During stressful situations, all you want is a doctor who makes you feel safe* * Dr. Pratibha gave us exactly that feeling. She made a beautiful but challenging journey feel manageable. I had a good consultation with Dr. Pratibha Narayan. She explained things clearly, and the clinic experience including staff and waiting time was satisfactory. I would rate my overall experience as 4.5 out of 5 and would recommend her to others.

My experience with Dr. Pratibha Narayan was okay but not very satisfying. I felt the doctor did not explain things clearly and I expected a better explanation and more attentive listening to my problem. The clinic staff and waiting time were fine. I would rate the overall experience three out of five and I can return for another consultation.

I was not satisfied with the consultation. The doctor did not respond much and only spoke for about five minutes, which felt too short for the consultation fee. She prescribed several blood tests but did not explain their purpose or why they were needed. Overall, I felt the consultation was rushed and not properly explained.
