Sonali here...!! I am throwing some lights on my great experience with ** Dr. Ajay Kothari from Sancheti Hospital, Pune. I have been consulting with Dr. Ajay Kothari for Lumbar Wedge Compression Fracture. I still remember the day on which I had hard fall incident and was in very bad pain. So initially for time being I consulted to one of the hospital nearby me, however I was not getting that confidence and better relief. Then with my one of the friend’s reference I heard about Dr. Ajay Kothari. Immediately I visited him as I was in very much of back pain due to fall injury. As soon as I connected with him, very first he helped me to relieve my worries with his soft spoken words, “You will be fine very soon and could return back to regular routine as before”. This was the trigger where I got half of the relief and the confidence. Then with his precise diagnosis and treatment, in couple of days only I started feeling better. With every follow up visit he kept me motivating which helped me a lot for speedy recovery. He is very much commendable & quick with his diagnosis and the line of treatment. Also he is not only attentive but also compassionate towards patients. Importantly, he always go to the root cause of problem and possible issues associated with it, about which we might not be aware about .There exactly he helped me by explaining the things and made me aware. He is always approachable for the patients. He is empathetic, great listener and genuinely concerned about his patients well-being. Throughout he’s been very patient while responding to my queries. I would say he is a great asset in Today’s Medical Era, where he has been helping people with exceptional care and doing great amount of contribution in society’s well-being, through different channels of digitization as well. Truly, with his great work he has set a classic example in the spine world of 'Center of Excellence'. I am very Grateful and Thankful to him for his help and support throughout. And yes, now I am back to my regular routine as he said in very first conversation!! Hence, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ajay Kothari to anyone who is seeking an expert help in Spine related issues. In simple words I would describe his efforts as “Passionate about work and Compassionate about people with utmost care”

Dr. Kothari is truly one of the most experienced doctors I've known. He is one of the few doctors with whom I feel that I can drop my guard and just trust the advice that I'm getting. His advice & treatments have always been on point and have worked wonders. What sets Dr. Kothari apart is that he is not only experienced but is also very compassionate, patient and kind with his patients. My first interaction with Dr. Kothari goes back 6 years ago, when both; my mother and I suffered from lumbar spine injury and had to undergo surgery. At 37, my life was miserable as I was unable to walk without pain. My mother on the other hand had a relapse of the same back problem after a previous surgery done 5 years ago in Mumbai which didn't help. Dr. Kothari entered our lives as an angel who not only helped us both recover but was also a great mentor and motivator throughout the process. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Kothari for giving my mom and me a new life and I thank him for all the support he extended to us to ensure we and our families were always comfortable. I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.

I wish to express my deepest thanks to Dr. Ajay Kothari for transforming my mother's life. After two prior surgeries on her spine and hip, she had been bedridden for nearly two months. At 66 years old, with low bone density, Dr. Kothari's confidence and positive approach inspired us to proceed. My mother now experiences no pain in her back or legs. Just one month post-operation, she walks with a walker and manages short distances independently without discomfort. * ** ** * * he barely has enough time to spare for a new patient. He should see new patients ONLY when he can afford the time as, he left in the middle of my consultation in a hurry and I was left at the mercy of the junior doctor who barely could answer any of my queries. The hospital should have a system in place where they give limited appointments depending on the doctors availability but sadly they don’t. Dr.ajay gave instructions to the junior doctor in a hurry who didn’t remember all of them later. He had asked me to see a specific physiotherapist in my area and the junior doctor completely forgot about it. I had to remind him and he didn’t know the name nor contact details of the physiotherapist! So he had to go and ask dr.Ajay in the next room again! If I want to see a junior doctor I will book an appointment with them. If I’m spending my time / energy/ money to see dr.Ajay Kothari then that’s what I expect to get as I have a very long and complicated medical history. I’m currently following the treatment he suggested but I doubt I would want to visit there again as I don’t want to go through the same dissatisfied experience. I hate hospitals(like everyone) and avoid it even in extreme cases exactly for this reason. Along with physical pain , you have to suffer mentally too due to other people’s callousness/incompetence in hospitals.

NECESSARY DISCLOSURE : Dr.Ajay Kothari is my classmate; a childhood friend. EXPERIENCE : Had to visit him as a doctor with an ailing friend . He really explained all the pros and cons of the ailment, the procedures which could be carried out, it's merits and demerits and at the last his final authoritative word * ** * * . Everything was in the patient's interest. Thank and wish him as well all the luck in advancing his expertise in the interest of his patient's health.

Dr. Ajay kothari sir is really really God for us, my wife was in tremendous pain. she was not even stand due to left leg pain. we visited dr Kothari in emergency and he diagnosed that the pain was due to spine issue which needs surgery. I was nervous to take decision about spine surgery but he boosted my confidence with his kind words and positive attitude. Surgery is successful and now she can walk and do daily activities without pain. Thanku so much Kothari sir for supporting us during such difficult time
