Dr. Arun Saroha

Okie so we went to max hospital sector 10 as it was pretty near to our house. . my father was on bed rest and he was advised complete bes rest as he has broken spine for last 4 months and as advised we were doing a conservative treatment with medicine and some special injuctions. Moreover there was a abyss which was developed between spine and the nerves.which was diagnosed as a T.B so we were advised as per his weak health he can't be operated till atleast T.B get cured. In March we had to take him to max hospital as he was in severe pain. He was immediately taken to emergency and then was coordinated by Ramandeep of Dr Arun saroha team. An immediate decision was taken to operate him as his conditioned had worsened and would have resulted in paralysis incase timely intervention didn't happen. Small discussion with DR saroha was gud enough for us to take that hard decision .. he was operated for allmost 5 hours and everything went fine. So here we were ... Who were so convinced that operation can't happen based on his health and then we met him who made us believe that patient health is last of the problem when we need to operate . Can't thank enough for what he has done... Special cheers for Ramandeep for constant follow up and being there for any help.... Dr keshav... Dr ashwin were always following up with minute details to make sure everything is fine. I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks for the treatment and care my brother Jason received under careful supervision of Dr. Arun Saroha. We met Dr. Arun Saroha for the first time on January 10th, 2019. The counseling we received from him before undergoing the surgery was crucial and we were really pleased to have my brother treated under his expert supervision. We really cherish and admire his expertise. My brother underwent an uneventful spine surgery on 14th January, 2019. I also appreciated that he was readily available and always gave us the best suggestions and most importantly he consoled us. My brother had a speedy recovery, and the credit goes to Dr. Arun Saroha. I would like to whole-heartedly thank the support and treatment received under them and full co-operation extended by Dr. Arun and his team and other staffs during the entire period of my brother’s treatment. It is imperative for any patient who is suffering from any small or major illness to receive timely and proper treatment. Dr. Arun was very helpful and available for answering our queries and guiding us properly. I have categorically observed that doctors were not only available at given appointment time but were also having enough patience to listen to all your queries, answering your queries and trying to provide answers to your satisfaction. Generally, we have faced this problems elsewhere, where doctors doesn't have enough time to talk to you or to answer all your queries. Really appreciate Dr. Arun and team for the kind support and love shown to us during our stay and who made us feel happy and comfortable. Bad experience with any doctor ever. A prescription which he gave with 4.5 minutes of telephone talk * ** ** ** ** When I contacted him and explained the urgency, the response was, “ You take her to another doctor”. All it took a GP ** ** But definitely it was a complete lack of empathy towards an 88 year old patient. ** ** ** ** **

I went to this doctor for my father's slip disc problem. First he told to do MRI. We came next day with the reports, he said: your case is very serious, you should undergo with surgery immediately, I don't know how are you walking comfortably! then he prescribed 6-7 medicines and told you take these until surgery is done. We came back and now it is more than 4 years and my father is very fine and good.

I would highly suggest it’s high time for Dr Arun to think of changing his assistant Sneha. Because of her the patients are having very bad experience even before meeting Dr Arun. She doesn’t have etiquette to talk to patients and is busy speaking over phone. We waited for almost 2 hours for Dr Arun and finally had to leave without consulting him. On asking, when the doctor will come and visit the patients, she says the Dr is in OT and haven’t come out yet. Patients have been waiting for more than 3 hours before us. If Dr is busy in OT she shouldn’t have given appointment to any patients and keep them waiting that Dr will come out soon. It’s very disrespectful and shows that patients time is of no value. People have other commitments too for their day just like the doctor. I would request Sr Arun to please look into the matter and take appropriate action.

Went to doctor for 1st time . He has given only 2-3 minutes and didn’t even checked physically what is the issue .. I was in severe pain from my neck to spine . He didn’t bother to see what is the issue . Neck was severally swelled . Only written 5-6 medicine . That’s it . No need to visit these big name doctors ... they hardly hv time to see the patient . I repeated 2-3 times my problem but was unheard . Experience was not goood at all go to a local doctor , rather then going to big hospitals ...
