I had booked my appointment through Practo to avoid long waiting hours, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I have been waiting at Dr. Sunita Chandra’s clinic for the last 3 hours, and despite having a prior appointment, patients who arrived after me are being attended first. This completely defeats the purpose of booking an appointment ** ** **
I am 7 months pregnant and have been waiting ** ** ** There was no water facility.
** ** ** * ** ** ** ** This is unacceptable for any medical facility.
** ** ** . I request strict action and better coordination so that no patient has to go through this again.

My wife was 7 months pregnant (normal pregnancy) when we moved from Pune to Lucknow and went to Dr. Sunita Chandra.
I must say I have seen government hospitals in far better condition then this one.
Patient was asked to enter alone and provide their medical history. No queue system, if you have jack then your visit will be of 10 mins else you'll have to spend min 3 hours.
The attendants have high attitude and loud voice.
I took doctors appointment a day before and still it took us 3 hours for the process.
There was no privacy between doctor and patient, doctor will listen to your problem in front of other patient and their family members.
You'll hardly get 5 mins of doctors consultance.
I would have rated 0 star and will not recommend this place to anyone.

We went to her for a surrogate option and her initial response was very keen and then she just turned around with the words when it came to money transfer and installments when being asked on the clarity of payments. Our blood samples along with the semens sample were collected. Very unprofessional behavior , ** ** ** ** *

Good doctor with enormous experience. She is polite to her patients. Would recommend maam. My mom has been visiting her since years.
