My name is Ankit Dalvi and I'm from Indore. I Had been suffering from AVN of both hips for almost a year and the pain was excruciating. I went for Core decompression with stem cell therapy. But there wasn't any improvement in my condition and with time pain and limping turned ever worse. I suffered for almost 6 months more because of the failed surgery.
Through online research, I Came to know about Dr. Vikas Jain in Indore. Visited him for consultation and after a very detailed discussion, he suggested bilateral hip replacement with a technique called 'direct anterior hip replacement'.
I went for the surgery in the month of November and within hours he made me walk and today it has been more than 40 days and I am walking almost 5-6 kms a day.
I am very thankful to him, plus the direct anterior technique that comes with zero precautions and I'm hopeful of doing all those things that seemed impossible a few months ago.
