I’m so glad my husband chose Dr. Aruna Ma’am as our obstetrician. From our very first consultation, she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that it never felt like I was meeting her for the first time. Yes, the waiting time can be long, but considering her expertise and the number of patients she cares for, it is completely worth it. She pays attention to every aspect of pregnancy from diet, medications and exercise to yoga and always makes sure you are on the right path. Her book Nine Months was also incredibly helpful. Reading it gave me so much knowledge about preconception, pregnancy and postpartum care. I had a normal delivery under her care, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. During labour, the emotional support she gave me was truly special. It felt like a close friend was holding my hand and helping me through one of the most important moments of my life.
