Took counseling from Dr Jaspreet for anxiety and depression . She is an amazing counsellor who knows how to handle a patient in what way. When I visited first day I was very anxious and depressed but with time I was able to be calm ,frank and recover from psychiatric disorders. She taught me how to deal with life stressful situations .She also has alternative techniques to fetch a patient out of various disorders. I was happy by the friendliness nature, and in depth connection of patient and doctor which I feel is very important to solve out the messy mind. The way she handled, and helped me out of psychiatric disorders was extremely good . I strongly recommend Dr Jaspreet for counseling. Thanks.
