Even when our child was seriously unwell, Dr Gupta handled the situation calmly and with great care. He shared his personal number with us and was always responsive when our child was genuinely sick, which gave us tremendous reassurance as parents.
What we particularly appreciated was that he always put patients first in his approach. He is an old-school doctor in the best sense of the term—he will not prescribe medicines, recommend tests or suggest vaccinations unless he genuinely believes they are needed.
