I would like to share my experience regarding the consultation for my 15-year-old daughter.
We approached the clinic for CBT and ERP consultation and were informed by the receptionist that the Psychiatrist would first assess my daughter and then guide us on the further course of treatment. However, the actual experience was quite disappointing.
The consultation lasted hardly 10 minutes over a WhatsApp video call, for which we were charged ₹3000. During this brief interaction, the doctor spoke only with my daughter and did not make any effort to involve me in the discussion, despite me being her parent. There was no detailed understanding shared, no explanation of the condition, and no clarity on the treatment plan.
Additionally, based on this very short interaction, we were advised to undergo brain mapping costing ₹20,000 and another test of similar cost, along with multiple medications for a month. The receptionist did not clearly explain the process, expected outcomes, or treatment roadmap at any stage.
Given this experience, I do not feel confident recommending this clinic to others, especially for something as sensitive as mental health care for a minor.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of consultation for future patients.
