I visited Dr. Surender Kumar at Fortis Hospital for treatment of my condition. I underwent surgery which cost a significant amount (in lakhs). Unfortunately, there has been no improvement even after the recovery period; ** **
Later, I was informed that the exact cause of the infection is still unknown. This is very concerning, especially after undergoing an invasive and expensive procedure * .
I also find it troubling that treatment was initiated ** . Despite this uncertainty, I am now being advised to continue further treatment *
I would strongly request better diagnosis, transparency, and accountability for future patients. Based on my experience, the treatment process felt unclear
