I met dr Smitha at Sukoon when I was struggling with anxiety and focus problems. My 1st session was good she was so sweet to talk to. She listens carefully and then in detail told me how her treatment plan includs both medicines and therapy, which worked very well for me. I feel much more in control now. definitely recommend her.

I was super nervous about seeing a psychiatrist for the first time, but Dr. Smitha made it so comfortable. She’s easy to talk to and never made me feel judged. I went in with constant anxiety that was messing with my work and relationships. She helped me figure out what was triggering it and started me on a treatment that’s actually making a difference.
