I consulted with Dr. Qaisar Jamal. He diagnosed and written to do USG of scrotum. Thats well. My father was in deep trouble with FISSURE and HYDROCELE from a long time as it was very difficult to handle fissure and not able to decide what to do. I contacted DR.
