I started consulting Dr. Preeti towards the end of my third month of pregnancy through a referral. Right from the beginning, she was very direct and practical about what was actually needed. She never gave me false hopes or sugar-coated things, and I really appreciated that. It made me mentally stronger and helped me stay motivated throughout my pregnancy. I had always wanted a vaginal delivery, and I discussed this openly with her. She prepared me practically and guided me throughout the pregnancy. I followed her advice sincerely, and although some things were difficult in the beginning, I truly feel that her preparation helped me during labour. During my delivery, the assistant doctor and the medical team were extremely supportive and well-coordinated. Even though there was a shift change during labour, the handover was so smooth that I never felt any disruption. Everyone in the labour room was involved, kept motivating me, and helped me stay focused during active labour. I felt like I could actually sync with the team, which made the whole experience much smoother. Even after the delivery, our stay and care were very well taken care of.
