After my very old dental bridge broke and I had lost the teeth supporting it, I was honestly quite disappointed and worried about whether I would ever be able to chew comfortably from that side again. It was not a simple fix and required a long and complicated process involving a bone graft, sinus lift, implant placement, healing, and finally a dental bridge supported by the two implants. The entire process took almost a year because each stage needed adequate healing time. Throughout this journey, Dr. Arpita Rai was there, patiently guiding me through every step. What I especially appreciate is that she had a clear vision from the beginning of how the entire treatment could be done successfully. I was mostly just trusting her and going with the flow, but she made sure that everything she had planned was executed carefully and as intended. Today, I am genuinely happy that I can chew from my right side again. Looking back at the entire journey, I realise how much planning, patience, precision, and persistence went into making this possible. I am truly grateful to Dr. Arpita. Without her expertise and confidence in the treatment plan, I don't think I would have been able to go through this journey or achieve the result I have today. I was a bit skeptical about getting a cap for my broken tooth. Being in a sales profile, I meet numerous CXOs and clients regularly, and over time, that broken tooth had almost become a part of my identity. After two years of deliberation, I finally decided to get it fixed. Initially, I wasn’t sure how it would turn out—whether it would look natural or feel like a proper fix. But to my surprise, the entire experience was seamless and reassuring. The doctor treated the case with utmost care, patiently explaining every step of the process and what to expect next. First of all, I would like to Thank both Dr. Arpita and Dr. Vinay for providing this timely treatment and reinstating 4 of the affected teeth. I was in some pain due to the decay in 2 different places. Finally, after the whole treatment cycle completed just a few hours back. I feel much better and satisfied with the results! The most paramount factor was the super care taken by them during each session of the treatment. Also, didn't know before this that a full Root Canal procedure can be done in a little less than an hour. Absolutely brilliant and expert hands and highly advanced equipment. Dr.Arpita and Dr.Vinay are super skilled at what they do. They are both very understanding and cater to the needs of the patient in giving them a smooth experience of getting their treatment done. They spare enough time for each patient for making them feel comfortable while getting their treatment done. They use high end materials and equipment for their respective treatment and follow strict sanitation procedures prior to each patient.
