The doctor was very friendly, understanding, and genuinely tried to listen to my concerns and help resolve my problem. I had a completely different and disappointing experience with the customer service. I had concerns about my open pores and wanted to consult the doctor to understand whether they could be related to any cream or skincare product I was using. Unfortunately, the customer service representative, Arpitha, was extremely rude and arrogant during the call. She interrupted me while I was explaining my concern and made assumptions about the cause without properly understanding my issue. What was even more disappointing was that she is not the doctor, yet she spoke with a level of certainty about my skin condition and the products I may have used. I was still explaining my concern when she abruptly disconnected the call. I was also not connected to the doctor despite requesting to speak with her. The doctor herself was very approachable and understanding, so my concern is specifically with the way the customer service was handled. Patients deserve to be spoken to respectfully and given an opportunity to explain their concerns, especially when they are seeking medical guidance.

I was expecting that I would also start to see my results after 8-9 months just like other people. But to my absolute surprise, I got 65%-75% results in just 5-6 months.
