Everyone has very high expectations from themselves these days. I too have. If I am not able to achieve them then i am really hard on myself and i get extremely anxious and under a lot of stress. Works been particularly difficult and that added stress and lack of growth really got to me. I've been going to Darshita for almost 7-8 months now. She is always positive and glowing.
