Dona mam is GREAT at therapy, and I'm saying this keeping every single thing in mind. In my opinion, i had that movie-like(Dear Zindagi) experience with her. She'll provide you with insights as many times as you want them, and however many different ways you want. Also, she's very caring and a beautiful person inside and out.
