We went to Dr Kapil sir for my father treatment. As my father was having clot in brain since last 3 weeks. We travelled all the way from bhopal to Fortis Hospital, Mulund, Mumbai. And Dr Explained the problem in a very easy manner. So that normal person can also be understood. And motivated us to be positive about the treatment of my father. Which certainly help in boosting of confidence in family members as well as patient.

The doctor was not available at all on the day of my appointment. I traveled specifically to see the doctor but found no one was there. The scheduling on the app did not reflect this unavailability, which made the experience very disappointing.
