Dr. Rupal Agrawal

I was having pain on my upper teeth on right side. She examined all teeth very meticulously and identified correctly the trouble creating tooth which had multiple cavities. She explained very clearly why RCT needs to be done. This was my third RCT by Dr Rupal. It was done wonderfully well as on the two earlier occasions.

I am writing this review after two weeks of consultation and treatment with Dr. Rupal, and I have to say that she is truly exceptional. Her diagnosis was accurate, and the treatment she recommended was precise and effective. Before visiting Dr. Rupal, I had consulted two other professionals who were unable to diagnose my dental problem. However, during my very first consultation, Dr. Rupal immediately identified the issue and clearly explained the treatment required. Her expertise and confidence were truly reassuring. I would also like to highlight the professionalism of her clinic. The entire experience—from timely follow‑ups and reminders to punctual appointments—was seamless and extremely well‑managed. I highly recommend Dr. Rupal for her meticulous approach, strong diagnostic skills, and the care she provides to her patients. Once again, a big thank you to Dr. Rupal and her team!

I am highly disappointed with my experience with Dr. Rupal. The way she interacted felt dismissive , which is not acceptable from someone in the medical profession. ** ** the quality of her work and service was also not up to the mark. I felt that she did not give proper attention to my concerns, and her approach seemed rushed . As a patient, I expected thorough care, clear communication, and professionalism — unfortunately, none of these were present. I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it leads to improvement in how patients are treated in the future.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended My experience with Dr. Ruppal's clinic in Dwarka, Delhi was extremely disappointing. I strongly do not recommend visiting this clinic. ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** I sincerely urge others to avoid this clinic for the sake of their health, money, and peace of mind.
