I first visited Dr. Vivekananda R. for pain near my upper molar. I assumed a developing cavity was causing it, but he correctly diagnosed that the real issue was my wisdom tooth, while the cavity was a separate concern. He explained the situation clearly and recommended extraction instead of an RCT because the tooth and surrounding gum were in poor condition.
I wasn't prepared for an extraction that day and asked for some time to discuss it with my wife. There was no pressure from his side at all. Once I decided to proceed, the extraction and filling were completed in about 10–15 minutes. Apart from the injections, the procedure was genuinely painless.
What impressed me even more was a separate experience when I took my wife to him for molar pain. Instead of suggesting dental treatment, he identified that the pain was likely related to a sinus issue and advised us accordingly. ** **
