I had the opportunity of consulting and counseling with Dr.Neelima Deshmukh for my obesity and weight loss issues. I am happy to state her treatment has really changed my life. An excellent Counselor, ** she is able to bring an individualized, one-on-one element to weight management plan that is missing from other programs. I had tried losing weight on my own before consulting Dr.Neelima, but had reached an impassable plateau. Sugary foods such as cake & ice cream were my refuge. After our counseling, Dr.Neelima suggested a unique line of treatment for me, to heal me at physical, emotional, social and spiritual levels. The treatment consisted of a diet plan, exercise and Yoga, followed by regular reviews and counseling. She advised me on how to increase my exercise gradually, so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. On beginning to follow the personal lifestyle plan she had suggested for me, I have been able to lose additional weight gradually, and continue to do so. My lifestyle has completely changed for the better! Now I feel totally in control and have a whole new outlook on life. It is amazing how energized I feel after undergoing her treatment. Dr.Neelima uses up-to-date therapies and she is on the leading edge ** She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity. I am really impressed with her drive to find holistic, healthy ways to help heal our bodies. I booked the appointment for my wife and it went very well. Dr. Neelima ma'am has a very organized approach and she properly hear to the ailments.
