Key Responsibilities:

* Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential corporate clients, showcasing the unique benefits of Secondmedic’s wellness solutions.
* Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate relationships with decision-makers within targeted companies.
* Customized Proposals: Design tailored wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each client.
* Stay Informed: Keep updated on the latest wellness and health trends to ensure Secondmedic remains a step ahead in the market.
* Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed the designated sales targets consistently.
* Feedback Integration: Gather and relay client feedback, working closely with our team to refine and adapt our offerings.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the corporate wellness or healthcare sector.
* Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of Mumbai's corporate ecosystem.
* Stellar communication skills, both written and oral.
* Proficiency in English; fluency in regional languages will be a distinct advantage.
