TELLZY MT is a combination drug used to treat hypertension (elevated blood pressure). it controls blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels, making it easier for the heart to pump blood around the body which eventually, reduce the risk of a heart attack or a stroke in future. you can improve your condition by changing some lifestyle activities such as keeping active, stopping smoking, and eating a low salt & low-fat diet.

lowering your blood pressure reduces your risk of heart attack or stroke, so do not stop taking this medicine unless told by your doctor. this medication may cause common side effects such as swelling in your ankles or feet, headaches, sleepiness, dizziness, tiredness, and stomach upset.

do not drive or do anything that you need to put concentration on as it causes sleepiness and dizziness. before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, or have liver & kidney problems and using any other medications. avoid consuming alcohol.
