Pronate tablet is a beta-blocker. It works by decreasing the heart rate, myocardial contractility, myocardial oxygen demand, and blood pressure. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop this medication unless told by your doctor.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it increases the risk of side effects.
The common side effects of this medication are tiredness, weakness, raynaud phenomenon, irregular heartbeats, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.
Inform your doctor if you have problems with asthma, heart failure, kidney & liver problems, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and using any other medication as it may cause interactions.
