Metcy 50 mg Tablet is a group of medicines called as beta-blockers used alone or together with other medicines to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), heart related chest pain (angina) and protect heart after heart attack (myocardial infarction). Besides this, it also help in relieving symptoms of migraine related headache and tremors (fits). High blood pressure adds to the workload of the heart and arteries. Metcy 50 mg Tablet contains Metoprolol. It works by reducing the rate and force of the contractions of your heart. Thus it decreases high blood pressure. It also helps to prevent migraines, future heart attacks, and stroke.
