ACHEFLAM tablet is used to give relief from any pains and fever. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid), paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). The medication works by blocking certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing. It works by preventing joint damage killing rapidly growing cells. It is also used in severe skin conditions such as psoriasis.
You are advised to take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. Caution must be followed as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. This medication has to be taken several weeks or months to feel the benefits. Medication must not be stopped unless told by your doctor, even if you feel better. alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may lead to severe side effects.
This medication's most common side effects are nausea, vomiting, skin swelling, rash, itching, difficulty in breathing, stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn, loss of appetite, diarrhoea, and headache. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you need to consult your doctor immediately.
Before taking this medication, inform your doctor if you are pregnant or intend to be pregnant, have liver, kidney, lung, or heart problems, and use other medicines. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding and if you had or having any heart surgery.
