Late symptoms of ovarian cancer can include feeling full quickly, loss of appetite, pelvic pain or pressure, increased abdominal size, constipation or changes in bowel habits such as gas and bloating. Other late-stage symptoms can include fatigue, upper abdominal swelling due to a buildup of fluid (ascites), back pain and shortness of breath. It is important to note that not everyone with ovarian cancer will experience the same late-stage symptoms and some may have none at all.

If any unusual symptoms are experienced it is important to contact a medical professional immediately to be tested for ovarian cancer. Early detection is essential when it comes to treating this disease as it has one of the highest mortality rates among women's cancers if left undetected until later stages. Thus, being aware of these potential signs and promptly seeking medical advice could potentially save many lives
