Covid 19 RT-PCR Test is considered to be most effective test that can identify the virus that causes COVID-19. Nasal and Throat swabs of an individual are collected under the observation of a healthcare practitioner. Common signs of infection include respiratory symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath and breathing difficulties. In more severe cases, infection can cause pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome and kidney failure.

- Detects the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus

♦For all Cities, COVID RT-PCR rate is Rs. 700 except Kolkata, Bangalore and Chennai.

♦For Kolkata, COVID RT-PCR rate is Rs. 1,100.

♦For Chennai, COVID RT-PCR rate is Rs. 1,200.

♦For Bangalore, COVID RT-PCR rate is Rs. 750.

Notes:-

1. All ICMR guidelines have to be followed without fail.

2.Copy of patient Govt Id (aadhar card) is mandatory.

3. If details are not found proper, order would be cancelled.

4. Reporting time would be 24 – 48 hours.

5. Report will have QR code and is valid for domestic and international travel.

Booking Procedure:

• Fill the booking form on right side with Name, Address, Mobile no.
• Blood/Urine samples will be collected from your Home address. 10-12 hrs fasting is required.
• You need to make the payment by cash to Thyrocare when Technician comes to pick up the samples OR Pay online after confirmation of booking.
• Reports will be couriered at your residence in 3-4 working days if hardcopy is opted. We will email the reports within 48-72 hrs on your email address mentioned while booking.
