Binaifer Sahukar is a psychotherapist with 30 years of experience. She has double Masters degrees , MSW( TISS) and MSC Psychology ( Madras University). At her Dadar clinic, Mumbai, she specializes in Solution Focused therapy. Her forte is couples counselling, corporate counselling /training and working with individuals struggling with depression and anxiety. Since 1992, she has exclusively counselled in schools and colleges for the first two decades of her career and is frequently invited to mental health training programs in educational institutions. She was with Viacom 18, as an on-site counsellor from 2012 until the pandemic struck. From 2021, she is empanelled with Endemol Shine as their virtual counsellor. In the pandemic she has conducted over 200 corporate webinars.
