Description

Nexpro RD 20 Capsule 10 belongs to a group of gastrointestinal agents used to treat acidity, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux disease, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, epigastric pain, peptic ulcers, and eradication of helicobacter pylori infection. Nexpro RD 20 Capsule 10 is a sustained release formulation that prolongs drug release for a longer duration of time. Nexpro RD 20 Capsule 10 is a combination of two drugs: Esomeprazole and Domperidone,. Esomeprazole works by blocking an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid Domperidone works by increasing the movements and contractions of stomach muscle. Together, Nexpro RD 20 Capsule 10 helps in treating acidity related problems.

Directions for use

•  It should be taken as directed by your doctor and in the prescribed quantity.
•  Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water one hour before the meal. Do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
•  It would be best if you take it at a fixed time for optimal results preferably in the morning.
•  Keep it away from the reach of children
•  Do not use expired medicine.

Safety Information

•  If you have missed any dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.

•  Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking it for 14 days as you may be suffering from some other problem that needs attention.
•  Long-term use can cause weak bones and deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor.
•  As a precautionary measure, do not consume alcohol and quit smoking
•  Eat healthy food and do regular exercises.
