Pacitane tablet is an anticholinergic agent. It works by decreasing the activity of a chemical messenger in the brain. Take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. You must follow caution as excess consumption leads to serious adverse effects. Do not stop the medication unless told by your doctor.

Alcohol consumption needs to be avoided while on this medication as it may cause dizziness.

The most common side effects of these medications are nausea, vomiting, constipation, and blurred vision. Severe side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, and urinary retention. Dry mouth may occur while using this medicine so, try to do frequent mouth rinses, maintain good oral hygiene, and increase water intake.
Do not make use of contact lenses while on medication this may cause dry eyes. Avoid using contact lenses.

Inform your doctor if you have any liver problems, heart problems, and kidney problems.
