Honorary Clinical Senior lecturer, University of Glasgow School of Medicine. Dr Acharya is a consultant gynaecologist and fertility expert at the Glasgow Centre for Reproductive Medicine, UK. He is part of UK's largest collaboration for IVF services, and his centre is regarded as the most successful IVF clinic in Scotland and one of the best in the UK. GCRM provides the full range of subfertility services including IVF (In Vitro Fertilisation), ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), Surgical Sperm Retrieval, Ovulation Induction and Intrauterine Insemination (OI/IUI), donor sperm, egg donation and egg sharing programmes, blastocyst culture, assisted hatching, embryo freezing, egg and sperm freezing (for Fertility Preservation or technical reasons).
