250–500 ml of Water Is Usually Enough
1–2 glasses of plain water in the morning before your test is generally recommended.

Only plain water should be consumed; flavoured or caffeinated drinks may affect results.

Sip slowly over 30 minutes to stay comfortable without feeling bloated.
