Chest pain can be a symptom of a heart attack, so it's important to get it checked out by a doctor. There are many possible causes of chest pain, so it's important to rule out any other potential causes before concluding that the chest pain is due to the adenoma.
Some people with pituitary adenomas experience an increase in cortisol levels, while others do not. If your cortisol levels are low and your ACTH levels are high, then you may need to take hormone replacement therapy. It's important to work with your doctor to find the right dosage and type of hormone replacement therapy that works for you.
